Ricerchiamo un Sales Associate da inserire in uno dei nostri stores di Napoli. Responsabilità:

Il/la Sales Associate, riportando all'Store Manager, si occuperà delle seguenti attività:

Assistere i/le nostri Clienti, soddisfacendo le loro esigenze e garantendo loro un'eccellente esperienza all'interno dello store;
Apprendere e condividere le conoscenze relative ai prodotti e alle tendenze, al fine di soddisfare le esigenze della clientela;
Stimolare le vendite garantendo la corretta implementazione degli standard aziendali di Visual Merchandising in collaborazione con il dipartimento di Visual Merchandising;
Contribuire a creare un ambiente di lavoro inclusivo e positivo.

Qualifiche:

Buone capacità comunicative ed empatiche per coinvolgere i/le Clienti e garantire loro un'eccellente Customer Experience;
Attitudine al lavoro di squadra;
Approccio curioso e proattivo;
Buone capacità di problem solving;
Flessibilità e disponibilità al lavoro festivo e nel week-end;
Iscrizione alla lista delle Categorie Protette (Legge 68/99).
