- Reviewing acceptance criteria documents
- Developing and executing test instructions and reports
- Coordinating testing activities and documentation
- Supporting system turnover activities
- Level I: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field plus 1 year of experience OR 7 years of relevant experience in startup, maintenance, or related fields.
- Level II: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field plus 3 years of experience OR 9 years of relevant experience in startup, maintenance, or related fields.
- Proficiency in startup testing and commissioning principles
- Familiarity with construction & engineering practices
- Strong computer skills and communication abilities
- Experience in NS&E Bechtel Startup procedures
- Background in nuclear or Department of Energy projects
- Familiarity with NQA-1 requirements
