Description

A distinguished client in the manufacturing sector is looking to add several dedicated Assemblers to join its team in Warminster, PA.

The openings are for 1st shift (7am to 3pm) and 3rd Shift (11pm to 7am).

Key Responsibilities:

Interpreting assembly instructions from various sources, including work orders, blueprints, and verbal directions, to accurately assemble products.
Efficiently scheduling and executing assembly tasks to meet production timelines.
Utilizing a range of hand tools and equipment to perform assembly operations, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
Participating in the organization and preparation of parts for assembly, including inventory collection and workstation setup.
Conducting quality checks and packaging of finished products, readying them for shipment.
Engaging in ongoing maintenance of a clean and organized work environment, upholding safety and ESD protection protocols.
Demonstrating adaptability by working across multiple stations and contributing to team efforts.

Job Requirements

A High School Diploma or equivalent; technical certification is considered an asset.
A mechanical aptitude with prior experience in using basic hand tools.
Strong comprehension skills for both written and verbal instructions in English.
Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team and communicate effectively.
Experience in reading and understanding work instructions and engineering drawings.
Basic mathematical skills, with a keen eye for detail.
Capability to stand for extended periods and physically manage loads of up to 50 lbs.
