Job summary

Provides administrative support for hospital executives. Assists with scheduling, tracking, report information typing, answering calls opening mail preparing agenda minutes confidential documents correspondence.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate has three to four years secretarial experience preferably in a hospital setting. They must be knowledgeable about Microsoft Office products verbal able to communicate effectively type at least sixty words per minute.
