- A valid unrestricted license in the state of practice
- Minimum availability of 3 weekdays each week
- Schedule: Monday to Friday standard business hours (7am-4pm) No on-call duty / No weekend shifts.
- Physicians administer wound care at the patient's bedside in post-acute care settings: nursing homes, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, and long-term acute care hospitals.
- Physicians conduct weekly rounds at each facility.
- Options for part-time roles - minimum of 3 days weekly. Full-time positions - 4 to 5 days weekly.
- Mobile practice: Visit facilities within a 30–50-mile radius of your residence.
- Physicians visit 2-3 facilities daily and see 20-30 patients per day.
- Real-time documentation during rounds using our specialized EMR system.
- Training is provided during the onboarding process. Initial 4 weeks of employment: 2 weeks of virtual training and 2 weeks of rounds with a local physician.
- Engagement contract spans 2 years.
