    Assure continual compliance with regulations and accreditation standards through monitoring activities and implementing strategies to enhance compliance.
    Duties and Responsibilities of this Level Plan activities to improve the hospital's performance in operations or clinical quality. Support the Blood Cancer Center (BCC) Program in efforts to maintain compliance with regulations and accreditation standards. Monitor compliance through formal and informal processes. Will work closely with the Clinical Operations Director and Medical Director to Identify opportunities for improved performance.

    Analyze data to identify adverse trends and/or undesirable performances, which will be reported quarterly at our Adult and Pediatric (APBMT) Quality meeting.

    Creates, identifies changes required, and updates standard operating procedures to comply with all cellular therapy products to maintain accreditation.

    Will obtain all required performance metrics for the BCC Program and develop a comprehensive report to share quarterly at our APBMT Quality meeting.

    Evaluate the improvement strategy's effectiveness by monitoring the established metrics of the BCC FACT accreditation. Design and implement strategies for enhancing compliance within the gene therapy and immune effector cell platform.

    Evaluate the effectiveness of the improvement strategy through sustained monitoring of key performance indicators identified by FACT and other regulatory requirements.

    Increase organizational understanding of performance improvement methodologies, principles, and compliance through the support of and participation in formal and informal professional development activities identified by the BCC Program and other regulatory requirements.

    Serve as an expert resource on performance improvement and compliance related to organizational roles within the BCC. Produce reports and presentations on performance improvement and compliance as needed. Utilize performance improvement techniques and methodologies. Serve as a project manager for interdisciplinary teams. Serve as an expert resource on performance improvement and compliance as it relates to organizational role. Produce reports and presentations on performance improvement and compliance. Develop, maintains and enhance knowledge through orientation, self-evaluation and professional development. Perform other related duties incidental to the work described herein. Minimum QualificationsEducationA bachelor's degree in a business or health-related field is required.
    ExperienceMinimum of 5 years of work experience, including 3 years of experience with significant responsibility for performance/ process improvement. Experience leading work teams is required. Experience can be supplemented with a Master's degree with a Master being equivalent to two years of experience.
