WHAT YOU'LL DO:

As a Field Mechanic, your primary responsibility will be working on Agriculture equipment at customer sites to ensure their equipment is running efficiently and maximizing uptime. Picture yourself daily traveling around the area in a fully equipped Pape' service vehicle, delivering top-quality equipment service, engaging with customers, and building trust as their go-to expert.

WHAT YOU NEED:

• 3 or more years of experience in diagnosing and repairing heavy equipment, with a preference for Agriculture equipment.
• Basic understanding of computers.
• Innate self-motivation.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. CDL is a plus.
• Required to have your own set of tools.
