- Complete preventative maintenance on Reitnouer, Wilson, and Benson trailers including lubrication, inspections, seals, bearings, and other preventative maintenance.
- Perform corrective maintenance on heavy equipment including brakes, electrical failures, frame repairs, etc.
- Diagnose trailers through inspections, light checks, and ABS software.
- Conduct annual DOT inspections on equipment.
- Manage work completed by utilizing the maintenance software to track hours, work completed, and parts utilized.
- Expert level understanding of hand and power tools.
- The ability to investigate and diagnose complex issues on equipment.
- The ability to manage time and prioritize in a fast-paced environment with shifting deadlines.
- Valid Driver's License.
- 1+ year(s) of experience completing repairs on trailers.
- A complete technician's set of tools is required.
- 1+ year(s) of experience repairing flatbed trailers.
- 1+ year(s) of experience within the transportation industry.
- Salary: $20-29, decided based on experience.
- Schedule: Full-time on-site; Monday Friday, Weekend and afternoon shifts available (weekend shift includes shift differential); Overtime eligible.

A DAY IN THE LIFEEach day you will work to diagnose, prioritize, and repair our fleet of trailers. Through collaboration with your team, you will prioritize work to be completed to ensure that critical equipment is repaired safely and efficiently. Work on trailers will consist of both preventative maintenance and corrective maintenance.
