    Duties


    • You will develop/manage project plans for complex system design projects through development, modification, maintenance, and implementation.
    • You will coordinate requirements definitions, scope, and final delivery of products with sponsors, users, and lead functionalists to clearly define project requirements.
    • You will coordinate with team members to identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and record and track issue status through resolution.
    • You will establish policies for assigned information technology business area and monitor Command procedures to ensure consistency with strategic objectives and initiatives.
    • You will conduct analytical studies across all impacted systems/modules to develop cost estimates for projects.
    • You will manage, lead, and administer project resources across multiple units involved in project

    The incumbent is required to obtain and maintain qualifications in DoDM Cyber Workforce Qualification and Department of Navy policies
