    Seahawk Services is seeking a strategic and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the financial management and planning functions of our organization.

    Reporting directly to the CEO, the CFO will play a critical role in driving financial strategy, ensuring fiscal responsibility, and supporting the company's overall growth objectives.

    Responsibilities

    Develop and execute financial strategies to support business objectives and optimize financial performance.

    Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes to provide timely and accurate financial information to management and stakeholders.

    Manage financial risks, investments, and capital allocation strategies to maximize returns and shareholder value.

    Oversee accounting, treasury, tax, and audit functions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

    Implement and maintain robust financial controls and procedures to safeguard assets and minimize financial risks.

    Evaluate and optimize financial processes, systems, and technologies to enhance efficiency and scalability.

    Provide strategic financial guidance to senior management and the board of directors, contributing to key decision-making processes.

    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business initiatives, evaluate investments, and assess strategic partnerships.

    Build and maintain relationships with financial institutions, investors, and external stakeholders to support financing and capital needs.

    Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.

    Qualifications

    Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.

    Proven track record (8+ years) of financial leadership experience, preferably in the maritime, logistics, or related industry.

    Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights and recommendations.

    Demonstrated expertise in financial planning, analysis, and treasury management.

    Extensive knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and reporting standards.

    Experience in managing investor relations, capital markets, and M&A activities is desirable.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with external partners.

    Strong leadership capabilities, with a track record of building and developing high-performing finance teams.

    Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
