    Monday‐Thursday 8am‐5pm, Friday 8am‐12pm
    12‐14 patients per day
    60% medical oncology, 40% hematology
    No call or weekends
    60‐minute new consults, 30‐minute follow‐ups
    Broad case mix including breast, prostate, colorectal cancer
    At least 2 weeks per month coverage
    Genetics consults included
