    Job Title: Coordinator of Digital Content

    At Sinclair, Inc., our mission is to connect people with content everywhere. We're seeking a sharp and highly motivated Coordinator of Digital Content to support our Regional Content teams.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Attend daily Content Strategy Sessions and report assigned station's digital content plans.
    • Monitor assigned stations' social handles for adherence to publishing recommendations.
    • Prepare recurring content performance reports to inform strategic content plans.
    • Create competitive content reports to drive digital innovation.
    • Track social media trends and contribute content recommendations.
    • Develop low-lift content for distribution across all social platforms.
    • Troubleshoot issues within the Sinclair digital ecosystem and with social platforms.

    Requirements:

    • 2-3 years of experience in social media strategy and content creation.
    • Exceptional knowledge of social media platforms, including YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok.
    • Experience creating performance reports using analytics platforms and translating data into actionable plans.
    • A highly curious mind, ability to spot trends, and skills to create engaging digital content.
    • Highly motivated, organized, and comfortable with ambiguity and change.
