    Inside Sales Representative for Construction Products Manufacturer

    Location: Covington, GA

    Salary: Base Salary: $55,000 - $70,000 per annum, depending on experienceIncentives: Performance-based incentives and bonuses

    Position Overview

    The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for managing and expanding our customer base, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and driving sales growth. Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, this role is ideal for a self-motivated, results-driven individual with a passion for sales and the construction industry.

    Responsibilities

    • Generate new business opportunities and manage a pipeline of leads.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, contractors, and distributors.
    • Provide product knowledge and technical assistance, answering customer inquiries and solving problems.
    • Prepare and present quotations, and negotiate terms of sale.
    • Work closely with the outside sales team to coordinate customer visits and follow-up activities.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional activities and campaigns.
    • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
    • Utilize CRM software to manage customer interactions and sales activities.
    • Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer requirements and market trends.

    Qualifications

    • High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
    • Minimum 2-3 years of inside sales experience, preferably in the construction or manufacturing industry.
    • Strong knowledge of sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques.
    • Effective negotiation and closing skills.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM software is a plus.
    • Highly motivated, target-driven with a proven track record in sales.
