    We are a private learning and development center in Basking Ridge, New Jersey. Created exclusively for Verizon employees and managed by Benchmark/ Pyramid Global Hospitality.     Overview

    We are looking for a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and the face of our business. You will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, handling check-in and check-out processes, answering questions, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive and welcoming experience for every guest. If you are an outgoing, detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills, we would love to meet you
    • Greet and register guests, provide prompt and courteous service
    • Keep front desk area neat and organized
    • Answer phone calls, provide information and transfer calls to appropriate personnel
    • Handle cash, credit card and other payment transactions accurately and efficiently
    • Ensure guests receive requested items in a timely manner
    • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve complaints
    • Follow safety and security procedures
    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel services
    • Provide directions to local attractions
    • Ensure compliance with hotel policies and regulations
    Qualifications
    • Proven experience in customer service
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • PMS system experience is a plus
    • Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
    • Knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
    • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
    • Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team
    • Professional attitude and appearance
    Compensation Range

    The compensation for this position is $20.00/Hr. - $20.00/Hr. based on qualifications and experience.
