    The Opportunity:


    As the Project Manager, Digital Experience at Lomi, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution of Agile methodologies across our Digital Experience (DX) teams, including Mobile, Integrations, and IT.

    Collaborating closely with various departments, you'll refine operational practices and processes to empower our teams to execute on our DX roadmap effectively.

    Reporting to the Director of Digital Experience, you'll distill strategic direction into actionable requirements and facilitate collaboration among team members and stakeholders.

    Your dedication to fostering Agile practices and continuous improvement will drive project efficiency, flexibility, and overall success.

    Responsibilities:
    Facilitate Agile practices within DX teams to enhance project efficiency and flexibility.
    Serve as a facilitator for effective collaboration and communication among team members and stakeholders.
    Focus on continuous improvement of team processes and practices to drive higher productivity and product quality.
    Empower the team by supporting self-organization and decision-making.
    Collaborate with the Product Team to ensure a well-maintained and prioritized product backlog.
    Facilitate Scrum meetings and ensure adherence to the Scrum framework.
    Translate feature requirements into user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
    Identify and remove impediments that hinder the team's progress.
    Track and report key Agile metrics to provide insights into team performance.
    Provide coaching and mentorship on Agile principles and practices to team members.
    Act as a mediator in case of conflicts or issues within the team.
    Coordinate with QA teams to ensure effective release management.

    Requirements:
    Proficiency in Agile best practices and project planning and execution.
    Exceptional communication skills and stakeholder engagement abilities.
    Proactive approach to risk management and mitigation.
    Strong time management and organizational skills.
    First 90 Day outcomes
    Take ownership of all Scrum Meetings for DX teams
    Work with Director, DX to gain an understanding of the DX roadmaps
