The Manufacturing Operator will be responsible for operating machinery and equipment in our production facility.The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, the ability to follow instructions and procedures accurately, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Role Responsibilities:
Conformal coating - including taping /masking product, washing product, and feeding boards to coating machine.
Touch up coat assembled boards.
Mechanical assembly as required.
Document quality issues and scan all boards in SAP.
Set up and operate manufacturing machinery according to established procedures and guidelines.
Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency and quality.
Perform regular quality checks to identify any defects or deviations from specifications.
Adjust machinery as needed to maintain product quality and production efficiency.
Troubleshoot equipment and process issues as they arise, collaborating with maintenance technicians or engineers as necessary.
Follow EHS guidelines:
Safety glasses, proper lifting, and approved footwear.
Some overtime required.
Work in other areas as needed.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
3+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
3+ years of experience with touch up operating
Skills and Competencies:
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and documents.
Strong mechanical aptitude and technical skills.
Must be able to work without close supervision.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Commitment to safety and quality standards.
