Job Description

What we can offer you - Your Role:
Located in our Avery Dennison Smartrac Queretaro site and reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor. The successful candidate will have professional development as part of a new team, in a growing industry.

The objective of the Facilities and Maintenance team is through modern maintenance systems to maintain "business as usual" for plant operations & continuously improve the availability/reliability of the equipment to manufacture quality products in a safe and cost-effective way.

This team will also be responsible for the CAPEX planning and execution, including an ambitious capacity increase Master Plan.

Activities may include, but are not limited to:
Maintains knowledge and good understanding about plant/equipment and its conditions.
Responsible for the ongoing maintenance and troubleshooting, based on work orders.
Monitor plant/equipment to ensure optimal setting up, work with Quality to minimize defects and reworks.
Monitor plant/equipment to ensure optimal operation, work with Production to minimize waste and unplanned downtime.
Monitor plant/equipment to ensure safety operation, work with EHS to mitigate risks and prevent accidents.
Develop and implement improvements to minimize downtime for line change and cleaning.
Support plant/equipment installation and startup.
Qualifications

What we expect from you - Your Expertise:
Degree in Mechatronic, Electronic, Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.

5 years of experience in maintenance, engineering or technical field, preferable in the Electronic Industry.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Operation of maintenance shop machinery (desired)
Proficiency in 2D and 3D design software, including AutoCAD or SolidWorks (desired)
