    Responsibilities:


    The Team Supervisor will work to develop and continuously update, refine, and improve the guest relations staff, assuring a positive, comfortable, and less anxious patient and guest experience.

    The Team Supervisor ensures that patients, families, and visitors receive support with non-clinical services to enhance their overall customer satisfaction with University Hospital.

    Demonstrates service excellence in all interactions with patients, families and visitors.

    Will provide educational opportunities to enhance service excellence among our employees, interns and medical staff and will work with the leadership team to ensure all existing and new service projects are progressing.


    Qualifications:
    Associates Degree in Business, Hospitality or healthcare related field required. Three (3) years of customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare environment or hospitality industry, required.

    Must have strong computer skills to perform daily operations; excellent communication skills; exceptional customer service skills and the ability to organize and resolve multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

    Must have strong leadership skills and excellent verbal and written skills. Bilingual skills preferred. Additional related experience may be substituted for the degree on a year-for-year basis.
