Franciscan Physician Network is seeking a full-time Internal Med-PedsNurse Practitioner to meet the growing demand for primary care services at our Franciscan Physician Network Munster Medical Center located in Munster, IN.

This high performing group of providers is focused on providing patient-centric care, high quality metrics and working collaboratively with their team and surrounding resources.

Candidate will display exceptional interpersonal skills and have a desire to develop strong ties with the community and build long-lasting relationships with patients.

Provider will need to work collaboratively to coordinate and deliver the highest quality of patient care.

Flexible full-time schedule; no weekends or holidays
