    eCommerce Sales ManagerPosition SummaryAs a Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for working as part of an Account Management Team, to assist with ongoing order activities, manage Supplier communications and work with clients when necessary.

    Major Responsibilities1.

    Order Management? Managing order flow and Supplier communication for active orders in our web-based order management system? Work with Suppliers to verify pricing and inventory? Manage order lifecycle through our online system? Serve as a liaison with Suppliers to communicate any issues and ensure on-time product delivery? Creative problem-solving with order issues? Manage supplier to client communication? Establish proper procedures and protocols for client and supplier communication? Generating reports and overseeing prioritized orders? Document all communications within our online systems? Assist Account Managers with order write up2.

    Additional Responsibilities? Provide an exceptional client experience? Multi-tasking among clients and orders? Effectively sourcing impactful products for our clients.? Managing, documenting, reporting, and following-up on all activities in Salesforce.? Part of the order management system improvement team.? Assisting in nurturing customer relationships to ensure repeat businessJob Requirements? Bachelors Degree required? Minimum of 1-3 years sales support experience? Promotional products experience is a plus? Detail oriented and must care about other people? Effective project management skills, strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.? Strong multi-tasking ability as well as ability to manage deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.? High energy / can do attitude.
