    Overview of the Role:

    Join our dynamic, physician-led team in Arlington, TX, as a Hospitalist - OB/GYN. This role is designed for experienced, board-certified OB/GYN Physicians eager to focus on high-quality patient care without the demands of on-call duties from home. You'll work only 6 days a month, enabling a perfect work-life balance. Engage in a stimulating environment where professional growth, advancement, and continuous education are prioritized.

    Responsibilities:
    • Deliver exceptional OB/GYN care as part of a dedicated team.
    • Collaborate with a skilled second OB/GYN during shifts for superior patient outcomes.
    • Foster a culture of safety and quality in patient care practices.
    • Engage in departmental meetings and contribute to practice improvements.
    • Participate in continuous learning and professional development activities.
    Requirements:
    • Board-certified OB/GYN with proven experience in patient care.
    • Commitment to working a minimum of six 24-hour in-house shifts per month.
    • Team-oriented mindset with a strong passion for patient-focused care.
    • Ability to start promptly, with bonus commitments available for one to three years.
    Benefits & Perks:
    • Competitive compensation: $140 per hour + attractive benefits package (medical, dental, vision, parental leave, and 401k from day one).
    • Generous Start Date Bonus:
      • $50,000 for a three-year commitment
      • $30,000 for two years
      • $10,000 for one year
    • $10,000 Relocation Bonus for moving assistance to Arlington.
