Theposition requires availability from Monday to Friday, with on-call dutiesincluded.
Responsibilities:
Provides nursing services and medical education.
Conducts orientation and training sessions.
Ensures compliance with nursing practices.
Offers reeducation and resolves issues.
Interprets and enforces regulations.
Supervises the staff.
Acts as management's representative on the safety committee.
Contributes to the development of policies.
Stays informed about healthcare trends.
Encourages ongoing learning among the staff.
Qualifications:
Possess a Nursing license in Massachusetts.
Stay updated on nursing trends.
Proficient in federal/state regulations.
Lead by demonstrating a positive example.
On-call availability for resident/staff concerns.
Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills.
Cultivate relationships with residents, families, and staff.
Collaborate closely with attending physicians.
Fluent in English and hold a valid driver's license.
