    WHO we're looking for:

    We are looking for a Public Relations Manager - Executive Communications who will be responsible for assisting corporate communications with message development, writing, and editing. You will drive internal and external thought leadership programs for Home Entertainment (HE) executives, including heads of business, marketing, sales and product. You will tell the story of leadership in the US and its impact, focused on outcomes that matter to our audiences.

    Role and Responsibilities:
    • Work with internal stakeholders and agency partners to generate stories and deliver quality content, making the best use of available channels and tactics - including social, thought pieces, speaking ops, publications, and more.
    • Ensure that leadership speaks with clarity and authority, creates brand advocates and remains relevant to our key audiences in the industry and beyond.
    • Help leadership think of audiences' needs first, using data and insight to understand our audiences and to tailor communications to best engage them.
    • Partner with Sr. Manager of PR, and Sr. Director of Integrated Marketing to co-develop and drive strategies and ensure their consistent implementation throughout the year.
    • Support management of PR agency partners - from development of creative briefs and project management to RFPs, contracts and billings.
    Required Experience and Education:
    • 5-8 years of consumer PR experience with demonstrated success in product media relations.
    • Bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent training is preferred.
    • Passion for and/or experience in consumer electronics and technology a plus.
    • Proven ability to develop communications objectives and plans that deliver measurable results.
    • Demonstrated success in establishing effective working relationships with executives and partners.
    • Familiarity with agency management, including development of briefs, reporting, contracts, and budget management.
    Necessary Skills and Attributes:
    • Self-motivated individual with the ability to thrive in a team-based or independent environment.
    • Detail-oriented with strong organization skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Limited supervision and the exercise of discretion.
    • Great communicator in both written and verbal form with impeccable copywriting skills.
    • Ability to process and interpret complex information and turn difficult concepts into easy-to-understand and persuasive copy/messaging.
    • Good editorial judgment, accuracy and sensitivity.
    • Superior level of project management, analysis and presentation skills, including the ability to develop ROI-driven plans with clear objectives and measurement approaches.
    • Problem-solver who works with a sense of urgency with a positive attitude & passion for delivering results despite challenges.

    Performs work under time schedules and stress which are normally periodic or cyclical, including time sensitive deadlines, intellectual challenge, some language barriers, and project management deadlines. May require working additional time beyond normal schedule and periodic travel.
