Description
This role involves handling and maintaining all client-owned computer equipment, including data center, desktops, public kiosks, and peripherals. Responsibilities encompass repairing, maintaining, and troubleshooting computer systems and peripherals, as well as supporting staff with hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education/Experience
Associate's degree and 5-7 years of systems experience required
Knowledge/Skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, client service-oriented environment, self-motivated, with good communication skills
Technology Skills
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) skills required. Comp TIA A+ certification, Dell, Apple, and Hewlett Packard certifications necessary. Advanced PC and Server troubleshooting skills essential. Knowledge of computer operating systems and networking technologies required.
Consideration will be given to skills, experience, and other compensable factors in determining pay rate.
