- Greet guests warmly and make them feel welcome
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and guest preferences
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including stocking and replenishing supplies as needed
- Provide accurate and timely information about menu items, ingredients, and drink specials
- Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, creating a positive atmosphere
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations, as well as company policies and procedures
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Proven experience as a bartender, preferably in a highvolume setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge of mixology, cocktail recipes, and beverage presentation
- Ability to work well under pressure and multitask in a fastpaced environment
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Must be of legal age to serve alcohol in the state of employment
- Certification in bartending or mixology
- Familiarity with pointofsale systems and inventory management software
- Experience in upselling and promoting menu items
