Prepare all bakery items following HCR standardized recipes measuring ingredients cutting pastry products Maintain clean sanitize work area entire shift complying sanitation health codes Ensure consistency quality food items prepared Observe color products being baked adjusts oven temperatures humidity proofer settings accordingly Set oven temperatures place items hot ovens baking Combine measured ingredients recipes proper procedures using cookware Portion roll knead cut shape dough forms breads buns pizza dough pie dough other baked goods Place doughs pans molds sheets bake production convection ovens Check quality raw materials ensure standards specifications met Adapt quantity ingredients match amount items baked Apply glazes whipped cream toppings baked goods spatulas brushes Prepare garnishes needed baked goods Decorate baked goods cream pies pastry bag Set time speed controls mixing machines blending machines mix cooked according instructions Measure weigh flour ingredients prepare batters fillings whipped cream scales graduated containers Obtain lbs ice ice machine another room carry storage area Lift carry lb bags flour lb buckets honey supplies dry storage area Clean baking equipment including ovens mixers proofer floors freezer refrigerators May squat kneeling crawling clean under over around equipment Clean breakdown put station materials Must dependable report work scheduled timely follow policies regarding scheduling attendance.
