    Description

    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a skilled Staff Physician to join our growing physician-led geriatrics practice at Charlestown, a beautiful 110-acre continuing care retirement community in Catonsville, Maryland.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide high-quality medical care to residents with a focus on geriatrics
    • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
    • Conduct regular health assessments and create comprehensive treatment plans
    • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of best practices
    • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient records

    Requirements:

    • Medical degree from an accredited program
    • Completion of a primary care residency program
    • Board Certification in Internal Medicine or Family Practice
    • Minimum 3 years of medical practice experience
    • Preferred: Geriatric fellowship training
