POSITION OVERVIEW:
The successful candidate shall be mentored by a Sanofi scientist in upstream processes.

The successful candidate will work closely with other members of the department to share knowledge and competencies encouraging individual growth.

The candidate will serve as a technical contributor in the fermentation area for troubleshooting and assist with investigations required for the completion of project deliverables, expand data analyses of complex systems, and learn to take courses of action that lead to the resolution of roadblocks, maintain up to date knowledge in technological advancements and regulatory trends applicable to the area of expertise and propose applications of new technologies to currently existing platforms to improve productivity, throughput, purity, quality and/or compliance.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be working towards a bachelor's degree at an accredited university.
• Must have permanent US work authorization.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Demonstrated leadership skills and the desire and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Adaptability in a changing and challenging environment
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and analytical skills
• Desire to learn about Pharmaceutical and Vaccine production.
