The Licensed Practical Nurse LPN under direction and supervision is accountable for patient care focusing on safe effective patient family centered care customer satisfaction and quality outcomes.Responsibilities
- The LPN assists in maintaining a financially stable unit promoting his/her own development emphasizing evidence based practice education supported by Practice Governance framework.
- The LPN delegates nursing tasks to non licensed staff members assesses plans implements evaluates plan of care applying educational professional experiences in delivery of quality care mentoring/precepting of non licensed staff students.
