Job summary
We are seeking an experienced Staff Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will lead activities to review current processes and metrics that support operational effectiveness as well as identify constraints or opportunities that may inhibit or accelerate the business and/or technology strategy.Responsibilities
- Develop artifacts that accurately and completely describe current state processes, practices, and/or metrics.
- Capture opportunities to simplify our process while also improving KRIs/KPIs or operational metrics.
