    ABOUT OUR CLIENT

    Top Ranked National General Contractor actively seeking a Superintendent to lead their Industrial Cold Storage and Food & Beverage Processing projects through completion. The Lead Superintendent will have the opportunity to work on site for projects throughout the United States. Most projects are within the mid-west and southeast United States.

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    The Lead Superintendent will have a strong track record of completing Ground Up New Construction, Additions, and or Renovations of Cold Storage and Freezers for Warehouses and Distribution Centers and Food & Beverage Processing Facilities ensuring their successful delivery within schedule and budget along with the ability to manage vendors, subcontractors, field staff throughout projects. Additional experience and skills will be considered such as Tilt Up, PEMB, Food Processing Equipment Installation, ASRS Facility, Insulated Metal Panel, Heavy and Light Manufacturing, and a demonstrated track record of building client relationships.

    Select Responsibilities:

    • Provide field oversight for all phases of assigned construction projects
    • Develop and manage project schedules.
    • Manage subcontractor performance relationships.
    • Be responsible for both the timeliness and total quality of assigned projects.
    • Prepare project documentation for coordination and effective site management.
    • Implement and execute Quality Control/Quality Assurance program.
    • Promote an Injury-free job site through safety initiatives and award winning Company safety program.

    CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS

    • Minimum of 5 years of Lead Superintendent experience on Industrial and/or Manufacturing projects
    • Exceptional knowledge of construction processes and procedures; ability to successfully manage complex projects through to completion
    • Must be willing to travel on site to locations across the United States.
