PURPOSE:

The Occupational Therapist is responsible for providing occupational therapy evaluation and treatment to preschoolers, outpatients, and First Steps patients.

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:

Conduct occupational therapy assessments and evaluations.
Schedule and provide individual, group and homebound therapy sessions.
Maintain accurate records and data tracking of patient treatments.
Serve as a positive influence through behaviors, attitudes, and actions.
Maintain great communication and professional relationships with clients, family members, and co-workers.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy.
Must be a currently licensed occupational therapist and registered with the American Occupational Therapy Association and certified by the Indiana Occupational Therapy Committee. (Required)
Driver's license (Preferred)
Good Communicator, Dependable, and Compassionate
