    Job DescriptionCustomer Service/Client Service ManagerThis key position will oversee all aspects of Project Management Customer Service. They will be responsible for the coordination and completion of projects through managing the Project Management Team. This includes all aspects of projects, setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, and monitoring and summarizing progress of projects.


    Essential Functions Key Responsibilities:
    Implementing/streamlining the estimating and order management.
    Estimating,System Entry, Order Management, Tracking, Shipments, Quality, Invoicing.

    Working with key positions in Accounting, Pre-production, Pre-press, Operations (Scheduling, Board Planning, Shipping) and Quality to make sure we are built for speed/service.

    Managing key KPI's which drive performance.
    Cross Training across the Digital and Display Platforms.
    Develop reporting to support Customers.
    Hiring, Training and Development.
    Identify, coordinate, communicate, schedule and determine resources for each project and customer activity.
    Identify opportunities through Marketing, Supply Chain, Procurement, Packaging and related departments.
    Research packaging weight, design, material specifications and marketing trends.
    Maintain, update, and create packaging specifications and protocols with Management, Structural, Graphic Marketing teams.
    Set pricing standards, based on order quantity and scaled pricing input.
    Complete score cards, metrics, and trend analysis.
    Prepare reports for upper management regarding status of project.


    Candidate Requirements:
    Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Business required, or comparable experience.
    Minimum of 5+ years of experience in B2B and/or consumer marketingManagerial experience in the Customer Service arena preferred.
    Broad knowledge of strategic business planning.
    Knowledge of packaging and/or corrugated industry is helpful.
    Excellent people skills in the areas of communication, leadership, coaching, mentoring and entrepreneurship.
    Ability to work independently and effectively with a diverse range of people on all levels.
    Demonstrated confidence including providing a consistent leadership style with an acceptable level of professional assertiveness.
    Willingness to travel frequently.
    Strong oral and written communication presentation skills, both one-on-one and in small groups.
    Advanced Microsoft Office computer skills.
    Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills.
    Deadline driven and sensitive to project timelines.
    Customer service oriented with regard to Account Managers and Clients.
    Excellent relationship building skills.


    Language Skills:
    Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from employees, managers, clients, customers, and the general public.


    Mathematical Skills:
    Ability to work with mathematical concepts and ease of numbers

    Reasoning Ability:
    Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in written and in a diagram form.


    Physical Demands:
    While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand, walk, and sit.

    The employee is occasionally required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.

    The employee should be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

    Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.


    Work Environment:
    While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts. The employee is frequently exposed to wet and/or humid conditions. The employee is occasionally exposed to high, precarious places; fumes or airborne particles; and vibration. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.
