Job summary
We are seeking a Phius Verifier to support and lead Passive House certification efforts across SCI's multifamily portfolio. This role plays a critical part in guiding projects through design review, verification planning, documentation coordination, and on-site performance testing.- Review project proposals and develop clear, comprehensive scopes of work for Phius verification activities
- Provide accurate time estimates to support project planning, scheduling, and billing coordination
- Perform detailed design reviews to evaluate compliance with Phius standards and co-requisite program requirements
