    Certified Nursing Assistant CNA

    Join our team at Lynwood Healthcare Center, a 99-bed facility.

    • The purpose of your job position is to provide each resident with routine daily nursing care in accordance with the residents assessment plan, with current federal, state and local standards and regulations that govern the facility, and as directed by your supervisors.

    You will treat each resident with kindness, dignity and respect. You will knock before entering each resident's room. You will refer to each resident by their name. You will be courteous to families and visitors. You will maintain a positive and calm disposition.

    • You will communicate clearly, empathetically, and effectively when speaking to residents,family members,visitors/staff&any governmental agency personnel.You have sound independent decisions-making abilities such situations require action..You work cooperatively all departments/multidisciplinary teams,demonstrating patience/initiative/willingness assist difficult residents.you relate pertinent information concerninga residents condition charge nurse required.you are committed always doing right thing!
      Daily Duties:
    Answering Call Lights, Ensure All Care Provided Privately,Lifting Residents Properly&Transportation To Dining Area.
    Frequent Interruptions May Occur When Working With Diverse Groups Of People.In This Position,you Are Exposed Blood,Diseases And Chemicals.Be Prepared Maintain Healthy Habits And Report Any Issues Supervisors Immediately.Work Areas Include Lounges ,Kitchen Stoves/Hairdryers/ Linen Rooms While Moving Through Facility.As Resident's Needs Change So Do Your Responsibilities.To Succeed In This Role
    You Must Be Flexible/Patient/Diplomatic At All Times As Each Person Has Unique Personality Traits.Always Prioritize Maintaining Cleanliness Adherence Regulations Set By HIPPA,Maintenance Team.Aside From Direct Patient Care Duties
    Additional Obligations Includes Submittal Reports Regarding Changes Observation In Condition Which May Impact Overall Well Being Client.Stay Attentive Detail Throughout Shift.Nothing Is Left Unattended Where Health Safety Concerns Exist.Put Patients First Always Prioritizing High Quality Service Experience Thru Active Listening/Customer Focus Skills.Methodically Identify Gaps Between Required Tasks To Streamline Process Maximize Efficiency,
