*$5000 sign on bonus paid within the first 6 months

Perform patient assessments and gather relevant medical history
Administer respiratory treatments and therapies as prescribed by physicians
Assist with intubation and ventilator management in the ICU and critical care units
Educate patients and their families on respiratory care techniques and equipment usage
Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans
Document all patient interactions, treatments, and progress accurately

Valid certification as a Respiratory Therapist

Respiratory Therapy degree from an accredited school
Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology related to the respiratory system
Experience working in a hospital or clinical setting is preferred
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
