    Farmers Southlake Insurance Agency is looking for a friendly, dedicated professional to join our amazing team as a Full-Time Insurance Account Manager. You will be responsible for ensuring your clients have the coverage they need while offering additional products that may be beneficial to their goals. You will have the opportunity to utilize your customer service skills while growing your sales career.

    No prior insurance experience? No problem

    If you have experience in customer service or sales in another industry, we will provide all of the knowledge and education you need to be successful and grow your career in insurance. Entry-level candidates will start at a base salary of $30,000 and you can expect to make an additional $10,000 in commission during your first year.

    Responsibilities

    Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.

    Process customer policy change requests.

    Secure all Trailing Documents from customers.

    Handle all incoming claim calls from customers and follow-up.

    Complete Evidence of Insurance requests.

    Document each customer contact in eAgent.

    Take premium payments from customers.

    Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program.

    Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements.

    Maintain knowledge of new products and services.


    Requirement

    Property and Casualty license required

    Create relationships from a cold start.

    Must have ability to multi-task.

    Great Customer Service Skills.

    A Property & Casualty insurance license is required.

    Ability to tactfully handle stressful and difficult situations.

    Knowledge of sales and marketing principles and strategies.
