    We're seeking a Lead Software Engineer to help deliver our next-generation software solutions.

    The ideal candidate is a forward and innovative thinker, experienced with transformative projects and has a successful history of working collaboratively with cross-functional team members.

    A delivery focus with experience in multiple technology stacks who can present different solutions/approaches to solve problems. The ability to thrive within the Agile framework and contribute ways to improve the practice constantly is desired.


    Responsibilities:

    As our Lead Software Engineer, you will:
    Deliver high-quality, secure, efficient, scalable, and reusable code which always protects customer privacy and confidentiality.
    Prototype and build code first and data driven solutions
    Tier 3 support
    Coach Engineers and technical team members
    Act in a lead role partnering with architects and scrum team members to drive technical decisions in projects.

    Extend existing system functionality based on user requirements; analyzing code to identify areas for modification, as well as maintain and support existing products.

    Define systems architecture, databases, and APIs.
    Consult with product managers to define, scope and plan new features.
    Test, evaluate and recommend technologies to improve our overall solutions.
    Be a key participant in our agile development framework.
    Produce complete and coherent documentation.

    Qualifications:

    Requirements:
    BS/MS in Computer Science or related field
    Systems Design Experience
    Demonstratable working knowledge of database internals and data movement in a cloud-based environment. [RDBMS, Big Data, NoSQL]

    6+ years of experience in all aspects of the application development process; including Epic/Story elaboration, technical design, coding, deployment, and the creation of documentation.

    6+ years of development experience delivering backend or full stack solutions C#, Java
    3-5+ years of experience building solutions in Azure, AWS, GCP
    Experience with CI/CD Pipeline systems like GitLab, Azure DevOps

    3+ years of relevant experience in one or more of these technologies is desired: Azure Service Bus, Azure Event Grid, Azure Functions, Transactional queues, Data Lake.

    4-year degree in STEM field or computer science desired.
