    Description

    Overview:

    We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager - Jr. to join our team. This position is fully onsite in our Jupiter, FL office. SoftwareIDM creates innovative software to address the challenges faced by corporations in planning, developing, and deploying identity management automation. Our customers are typically organizations with 10,000 identities or more in all areas of business including: real estate, fast food, transport, finance, health, defense and aerospace, manufacturing, banking, insurance, education, and more.

    As a Project Manager - Jr., you will play a crucial role in overseeing both internal business-related projects such as marketing initiatives (website builds, events, etc.) as well as customer software projects. You will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to scope.

    Responsibilities:

    • Project Management: Manage internal business projects and customer software projects to ensure they are delivered on time, within budget, and according to scope.
    • Coordination: Demonstrate strong coordination skills to facilitate communication and collaboration among team members. Assist individuals in staying on task and keep track of their progress. Proactively identify and resolve blockers to ensure projects stay on track.
    • Communication: Communicate effectively with team members, management, and other stakeholders to provide updates on project status, address concerns, and ensure alignment on project goals and objectives.
    • Resource Planning: Assist in resource planning efforts to ensure that the right resources are allocated to projects at the right time.
    • Tools Proficiency: Utilize tools such as MS Office 365, PowerPoint, Asana, or other project management tools to create project plans, proposals, statements of work (SOW), and other project-related documentation. Coordination and support of Zendesk.
    • Presentation Skills: Possess strong presentation skills, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate project updates, proposals, and other relevant information to stakeholders.
    • Meeting Management: Schedule and organize meetings as necessary. Develop strong meeting agendas and minutes to ensure that discussions are productive and action items are captured and followed up on.
    • Part of creating a framework and standardization for our Project Management Office (PMO).

    Qualifications:

    • 1 to 5 years of experience in project management
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
    • Previous experience in project management or coordination roles is required.
    • Proficiency in MS Office 365, PowerPoint, and project management tools such as Asana or similar.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, written and verbal communication.
    • Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
    • Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
    • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
    • Must be willing to travel periodically, both domestically and internationally.
