Job summary
We're looking for a part-time Customer Service Representative to help manage inbound and outbound calls and schedule customer appointments.Responsibilities
- Answer inbound customer calls in a professional and friendly manner
- Make outbound calls to schedule service appointments and follow up with customers
- Book, confirm, and reschedule HVAC service appointments
- Collect basic customer information and service details accurately
- Communicate clearly with our service team to ensure smooth scheduling(li>Maintain a positive, helpful attitude with every customer interaction
- Strong phone presence and communication skills/li>Organized and detail-oriented/liComfortable speaking with customers and handling light objections/liReliable punctual,and professional/liPrevious customer service or call-center experience preferred (HVAC experience a plus but not required)
