    Job Summary:

    This position is expected to aggressively develop new business and maintain current relationships with automotive dealerships in the East Coast of the United States. In this role, the Regional Sales Manager for this territory would take ownership of and be responsible for all phases of the sales process, drive revenue and provide an outstanding customer service experience for clients. To maximize your sales potential, you will leverage your participation at related trade and automotive shows throughout the region to promote Roush Performance line of vehicles and parts. This is a home-based position.

    As a Regional Sales Manager, you will:

    Develop new business and maintain current relationships with automotive dealerships

    Be responsible for all phases of the sales process

    Attend and promote Roush products at trade and automotive shows

    Provide outstanding customer service

    To be considered as a Regional Sales Manager, you will need:

    Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent

    Minimum 2 years of original equipment manufacturer (OEM) automotive dealership experience

    Proven track record of success establishing new business and growing existing accounts

    Valid driver's license and excellent driving record

    Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills

    Demonstrated ability to interact professionally with all levels of company and customers

    To be self-disciplined, team-oriented, have a can-do attitude and the drive to succeed

    Experience focusing on aftermarket sales in an automotive dealership

    Ability to travel up to 70% across a multi-state territory/region

    A successful candidate may also have:

    Associate degree in business

    Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software such as Salesforce
