    Our company is growing and looking to add a Financial Operations Manager. The Financial Operations Manager is a key leadership support role responsible for managing and presenting financial data to facilitate management activities within the organization. They play a crucial role in driving financial strategy, assisting with operational efficiency, and supporting overall business objectives. The Financial Operations Manager facilitates a team to effectively manage financial resources, optimize financial processes, and contribute to the organization's success.

    Responsibilities:

    Assist with monthly work-in-progress reporting

    Ensure compliance with organizational accounting standards, regulations, and internal controls.

    Assist in the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and best practices in relation to the financial activities of

    the organization

    Monitor operational performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.

    Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of business operations.

    Lead and mentor administrative support personnel, providing guidance and support.

    Foster a collaborative and high-performing work environment to achieve organizational goals.

    Assist in establishing performance objectives, conducting performance evaluations, and providing ongoing feedback.

    Identify training and development opportunities to enhance team skills and capabilities.

    Participate in strategic planning initiatives and provide financial insights to support decision-making.

    Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute strategic initiatives.

    Requirements:

    A success candidate for Financial Operations Manager will have the following:

    Education: - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; will accept a combination of education and experience.

    Experience: Proven experience in financial management and operations management, with a track record of success in a supervisory role. Experience in a construction environment preferred.

    Required Skills:

    Strong understanding of accounting principles, budgeting, and financial analysis techniques.

    Experience in financial management, process improvement, and project management.

    Proficiency in financial software and systems (e.g., ERP systems, Excel, financial modeling tools).

    Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

    Ability to effectively prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.

    Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and compliance.

    Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop practical solutions.
