Job Description

We are seeking an in-person licensed clinician to provide individual sessions and potentially lead therapeutic groups at Relational Excellence, LLC. Our team specializes in treating adolescents and adults with various mental health concerns, including depression, anxiety, addiction, trauma, family discord, and identity issues.

As a member of our team, you will enjoy flexible schedules, administrative support, and the opportunity to become credentialed with major insurance companies. We utilize an established Electronic Health Record (EHR) system to streamline documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage positively with clients
Provide counseling services, including individual, family, and group therapy
Conduct comprehensive initial assessments
Develop and maintain treatment objectives and goals
Collaborate with other clinicians and participate in staff meetings and trainings
Maintain accurate clinical documentation
Adhere to administrative and clinical policies and procedures

Integrity and professionalism in all interactions
High motivation and flexibility
Able to work effectively under pressure or in sensitive situations
Team-oriented and able to work with minimal supervision
Experience working with co-occurring populations is an asset

Requirements:

Master's degree in social work, psychology, mental health counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution
Valid Maryland professional license (LGPC/LCPC/LMSW/LCSW-C/CMFT)
Valid driver's license
Clear criminal background check
Sessions held at the clinic
