Minimum Requirements

Experience

Minimum 2 years of PCU experience required
ED experience not required (candidate will NOT float to ED)
Must be comfortable with 4:1 to 6:1 ratios (depending on patient mix)
Floating required – Travelers are first to float and may float to sister campuses

Education

Degree accreditation must be included on profile
- OR must have 5 years of nursing experience

Licensure

Active Florida RN license or Compact license required
Recent Nursys verification must be included on profile

Certifications (Required)

BLS
ACLS
NIHSS

Compliance & Submission Requirements

50-mile radius rule applies (cannot live within 50 miles of permanent address)

Additional Expectations

Must be flexible and willing to float as required
Travelers are expected to function as core staff
Strong cultural fit is essential; unit culture is highly valued
