We are looking for a Certified Nursing Assistant to work in Old Bridge, NJ supporting our client.

Job Description:

● Assisting mentally impaired or emotionally disturbed patients, working under the direction of nursing and medical staff.

● Assisting with daily living activities.

● Leading patients in educational and recreational activities.

● Accompanying patients to and from examinations and treatments.

● Restraining violent patients.

● Examining patients to detect issues requiring medical care, including open wounds, bruises, or blood in the urine.

● Reminding patients to take medications and nutritional supplements.

● Noting observations of patient behavior, including complaints, or physical symptoms to nurses.

● Staying up to date on CNA training and facility policy and procedure.

Requirement:

● Valid BLS/ ACLS and license.

Remarks:

● The assignment duration will be 13 weeks with the possibility of an extension.

● The facility consists of patients with sensitive behavioral challenges and has a Zero-Violence Tolerance Policy.

● CPI 3rd Edition training mandatory (If the candidate already has the training completed can submit the certificate else it will be conducted by us).
