Job Summary:
The Customer Coordinator is responsible for monitoring the condition and use of the Central Passenger Terminal Complex (CPTC) and the overall airport for the purpose of maintaining a comfortable, safe, functional, and healthy environment.
Responsibilities:
- Continuously review the performance of custodial partners to ensure that services rendered meet contract specifications.
- Support continuous process improvement by studying processes and procedures to identify causes for non-compliance.
