Job Description
As a
Senior Corporate Paralegal
, you'll provide legal support and services to our product and business teams. You will review, interpret, and match legal requirements to business scenarios and effectively communicate these to internal and external stakeholders. This role reports to the Chief Legal Officer.
Responsibilities
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating simple commercial agreements, requests for proposals, and other legal documents.
- Provide legal administrative support and advice to Acumatica team members.
- Manage the full contract lifecycle and legal documentation processes.
- Support intellectual property and data privacy matters.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on project management and transactional tasks.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Paralegal Studies, Legal Administration, or similar disciplines.
- 5+ years of experience as a tech paralegal (in-house or a law firm).
- Experience building trustful relationships with internal clients and a strong customer service attitude.
- Hands-on experience with contract management and negotiation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

For this role, the salary range is $85,000-$105,000 annually. This range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this job and may vary based on location. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including skills, qualifications, experience and other relevant elements.
At Acumatica, certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including annual bonus and stock. These awards are allocated based on individual performance. In addition, certain roles also have the opportunity to earn sales incentives based on revenue or utilization, depending on the terms of the plan and the employee's role.
