    Description
    Core Responsibilities:
    • Work directly with Continuous Improvement organizations on various assignments in partnership with other organizations
    • Support the site physical transformation, focusing on flow, eliminating waste, & building process / support systems
    • Collect, validate, and organize data, as well as develop plans for improvement
    • Help identify deficiencies in day-to-day operations & develop recovery plans
    • Perform all tasks in accordance with company HSE policies
    • Complete internship projects and present findings to leadership
    • Perform other duties as assigned
    Qualifications:
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Ability to work in a manufacturing environment
    • Ability to schedule and organize time and tasks effectively
    • Ability to work in a challenging and schedule driven environment
    • Previous experience working with power/hand tools and measurement devices a plus
    • Experience with MS Office preferred
    Education Requirements:
    • High school diploma or GED required
    • Currently enrolled in an accredited college/university as a rising junior or senior pursuing a Bachelors degree in Engineering (Preferably Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial focus) or Management/Business
