We're a growing fire sprinkler installation company looking for a dependable Project Office Assistant to support scheduling, paperwork, and daily office operations.
Responsibilities
- Handles administrative clerical project support manage communication phones emails assist with scheduling meetings organizing project documents contracts orders etc processing financial documents invoices prelims purchase orders payments tracking materials updating calendars schedules maintaining office supplies stocking decorating breakdown boxes empty trash as needed ensuring smooth operations between the office job sites.
