    Position Overview

    Riverside Research is seeking a program manager with direct, hands-on experience designing, fielding, testing, and analyzing equipment in support of defense, intelligence, or national security technology programs. Prior technical experience supporting programs focused on human systems technologies, and related systems, platforms, and technologies is preferred. The position will collaborate with teams of programmers, scientists and engineers, and is based in Mountain View, CA. This position can also be located in Boston or DC and requires an active Top Secret clearance with SCI elibility and U.S. citizenship.

    Responsibilities

    Provide broad technical and engineering support to current and future projects related to biomedical engineering and other human systems disciplines and related, cross-vertical technologiesSupport project planning, design and execution in collaboration with external development teams, external partners and senior-level stakeholdersEmploy agile management methods and other relevant engineering and business best practices with project teamsSupport test and evaluation of emerging technology, equipment, and concepts to ensure scientific, engineering, and business soundness, viability, and interoperabilityAnalyze, validate and report research and other analytical findings tailored for senior strategic and tactical audiencesProvide expertise and support to meetings, briefings, demonstrations, and military technology exercisesSupport internal business process improvements and strategic objectives at the Portfolio and enterprise levels, and support training initiatives as neededProvide strategic advisory support to senior leadership and participate in regular strategic planning and working groups that prepare DIU leadership for future briefings and meetings with senior DoD/USG stakeholdersOther duties as assigned

    Qualifications

    A current TS clearance with SCI eligibilityMaster's degree (or higher) in engineering, science, mathematics, or related field and 12+ years of experience providing technical, engineering, analytic support to complex engineering projectsProficient with Microsoft Office suite and standard productivity tools (e.g. Outlook, Word, & PowerPoint)Ability to work independently, set and meet goals and deadlines, and manage customer relationshipsExcellent oral and written communication skillsAbility to work effectively and lead multidisciplinary teams

    $150,000 - $225,000 This represents the typical compensation range for this position based on experience, location and other factors.
